SMS Compliance

When you give us your mobile number on a form, over the phone, or in person, you can choose to receive text messages from Fanatical Detailing about your quote, scheduling, arrival windows, and service updates. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and we do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

• Quote replies and follow-ups from our team
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and arrival-window updates
• Service updates while your vehicle is being detailed
• Occasional maintenance reminders, such as a coating check-in or membership visit

Frequency varies with your appointment. Most customers receive only a handful of messages around a scheduled detail, and very few in between.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you anything to send or receive texts from us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You'll get one confirmation message, then nothing further. You can also call or email us and we'll remove your number by hand. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment or stop us from reaching you by phone or email when we need to.

If you want to rejoin after opting out, opt in again the same way you originally enrolled, or just let us know.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

Mobile numbers collected for SMS are handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We keep numbers only as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping obligations.
