By using the Fanatical Detailing website, requesting a quote, booking service, or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Quotes are based on the vehicle information you provide. Final pricing may change after we inspect the vehicle in person, for example due to heavy contamination, pet hair, biohazards, oversized vehicles, or extra paint correction. We'll always confirm any change with you before starting work.

• A safe, legal, and reasonably level place to work near the vehicle
• Enough clearance around the vehicle to open doors and move equipment
• Access to the vehicle at the scheduled arrival window
• HOA, building, or property permission where required

If the location can't safely support the service, we may reschedule or relocate the appointment.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. Severe weather may require rescheduling for the safety of the crew and the finish.

Maintenance memberships bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date; completed visits and the current billing period are non-refundable. Membership benefits apply to the enrolled vehicle unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Declined or reversed payments may pause service and membership benefits.

Ceramic coating durability depends on proper maintenance, washing technique, and environmental exposure. Warranty coverage, where offered, is described in the documentation provided with your coating package. Detailing improves, but cannot guarantee removal of, pre-existing defects such as deep scratches, etching, rock chips, dents, oxidation, or worn interior surfaces.

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, loose trim, failing clear coat, or issues we identify and document before work begins. If you believe we caused damage, notify us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve it.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Fanatical Detailing to send text messages to your mobile number about quotes, scheduling, arrival windows, service updates, and occasional reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
